Marathon Hangover, Now at 60% Off

Two days after the 10 mile race, I’m feeling a lot like I used to after a marathon– tight quads, tender legs, sore abs and even a little bit of rib pain. So I’m moving slowly and with some discomfort, grunting quietly as I go down stairs. But on the inside, I’m happy for the connection with my old life, and pleased with the feeling that I gave the run all I could.
