Ella had her two-month visit to our angelic Pediatrician on Thursday. Which meant a battery of heel sticks, venipunctures, and immunizations, all of which have made her clingy and a little sour for the past two days. But we also learned that she is over ten and-a-half pounds, to her brother’s six. So there is obviously a big gulf between them. At the same time this is mighty encouraging, as we can look back and remember that, at her lightest, Ella was the same size as Will is today. This gives us hope as we can observe her growth and know that we can expect the same thing for Will (even if his will take longer).
