Good writing, with a strong point and with life oozing out.

Web Woes

May 29, 2006

Rumors of my death are slightly exaggerrated.

Sure, my last posts were slightly depressive, but what’s been keepin’ me from my peeps has been the quirky wifi at the family manse. Though I’m proud to say that when the internet window has miraculously opened up, I have accomplished more important things, like setting up my web course for next term. And looking for a computer to free me from this travail.

The kids are doing well, and we in fact had another reunion yesterday. All four of us, sitting in the same space, hanging out. The Wife held The Boy, I held The Girl, and our amazing nurse snapped some great pics (which I’ll post when we untangle the computers here…). Oh, and today was my turn: I held The Boy until he was weary from the effort, and I had baptized him with a few of my tears.

We can’t wait to meet ‘em.
Any miraculous returns of newborn pics, term papers and the like?

I’m so glad to hear there were computer problems on your end. Not that I wish any additional burdens on you, but I’d gotten used to your regular updates and the lack of news did have me worried. I kept telling myself you had more important things to do than to update your blog… but still it was in the back of my mind.

I’m glad to hear you guys are getting some time together as a four-some. That is wonderful. I’m drooling to see more pics :)
