Before we headed back to DC, we drove to Chattanooga to see our family. And we got to work on Tim’s house. He got a great deal on it, and it is something of a fixer-upper. Which is to say that if you want to add a door, you need to take out the whole wall. Which means taking off the roof. Which means pullling up the floor. Which means removing the floor framing. Which means working on the foundation. And then trying to get everything all back together again. But we had a really good time working with two brothers, a sister, and an adopted brother (me).
